HOW TO ORDER

1. To start order, you can browse our site and go to "Our Designs" to find what you are looking for.
2. Designs are grouped together and presented a "thumbnails", which are smaller images of the products. Click on this thumbnail to view the design page which contains a larger image. You can order the item by selecting any required attributes such as size and color, then tell us the item code you choose.
3. An order must be at least 200 pieces each design with the payment term D/P 50% and 50% at delivery. Delivery Lead Time is 30 days or depend on the order quantity.
4. All prices are quoted F.O.B. with the shipping port in Semarang, Central Java. We will prepay and add shipping charge to your invoice unless otherwise specified.
5. We offer various kinds of batik sarong. If you cannot find what you are looking for please email us and let us know what you have in mind. We are always looking for new product suggestions, new services you would like to see or any other feedback you would like to provide. Your thoughts and ideas are important to us, please let us know what you think !
6. Please Note, all of our merchandise is hand crafted by individual artisans using very primitive means. No two pieces are exactly alike. Each one is open to the individual interpretation of the artists. We make every effort to assure uniformity. However, due to the nature of handcrafted production, slight variations in design, color, and dimensions will occur. We feel these variations add to each piece’s individual uniqueness and charm. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us. We’ll make it right.
